Integrity Care SA is a not-for-profit organisation offering quality care and lifestyle support to aged, disabled and disadvantaged members of our community since 2002. We offer a wide range of support services to clients with disabilities, those with slight complex and to people of all ages.

Integrity care provides services through service agreements with many respected government and non-government organisations and is registered on the Disability Services Provider Panel (DSPP) and with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). We are motivated by the following care principles:

DIGNITY

All individuals, whatever their circumstances, have the right to be treated with dignity and respect.

INDEPENDENCE

Our clients are enabled to act independently. Services are aimed at maximising the individual's capacity for self care.

FULFILLMENT

Every individual, whatever their circumstances has the potential for development and the right to hold personal aspirations. Within the boundaries set by legislation and professional ethics, clients are encouraged to achieve their personal goals.

CHOICE

Services are designed to be accessible and flexible, promoting ordinary lifestyles and bason upon the service users own choice s. Individual choice is promoted within the limitations imposed by service constraints.

COMMUNICATION

Our clients have the right to be heard and to be fully informed on all aspects of their care. Methods of communication are appropriate to the abilities and experiences of each individual and are tailored to east set of circumstances.

We will find the right staff and resources to suit you and your individualised needs.

All our workers have:
